Questions:
Minimum stay requirement:
• 2 nights
The 2 night stay required on weekends may consist of:
• Thurs & Friday, or Fri & Sat, or Sat & Sun.
Holidays:
• The following holidays are charged at the weekend rates & require a 3
night stay: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Eve/Christmas Day and New
Year’s Eve.
Damage/ Clean-up Disclaimer:
• We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages,
replacement, or excessive clean-up needed from your stay. We expect that the
cabin you’re staying in will be left in the same manner in which you found
it. At the same time, if you notice any problems upon arrival please let us
know immediately.
Amenities:
• Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We
will service & restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not
make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of
electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control
will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all
guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them
functioning at peak efficiency. (Such as keeping the lid on the hot tub at
all times when you’re not in it…)
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule, please notify us immediately.
If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date:
• Your card will be refunded your prepaid amount, minus one nights stay rate. If your dates are then rebooked,
that one night rate charge will be refunded to your card, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• No cancellation refund within 14 days of your arrival date. Rescheduling may be allowed.
• All guests are financially responsible for the time reserved. There will be no refunds given due to early departures, discomforts of nature & outdoors,
or the effects of weather (power outages, flash flooding, things beyond our control). No refunds will be made for vacating prior to end of rental period and no rents will be
pro-rated. Please understand that refunds cannot be made due to mechanical failures or acts of God.
